Spaces

So, I wonder if versions of OSX localized for Semitic languages change the behavior of spaces. Presently, if you press "right" when you're on the edge, it moves down a row. In, say, Arabic, it would make sense for it to go up a row.

Also, I wonder how confusing that would be if it's not.
